I have a knife I would like repaired. What do I do first?

Send me an email. Include:

(a) a photo or two clearly showing the knife and the area that needs repaired;

(b) what you think the repair(s) you would like made to the knife are; and

(c) the model or manufacture of the knife, if known.

I will respond to your inquiry within a few days, with information on whether it is a repair I can help you with, follow up questions, and/or a rough quote.

If I can’t help you, I will refer you to someone who can.

If I can help you with your project, I will send you the shipping address.

Follow the shipping instructions detailed below to package your knife.

Once the knife arrives at my shop, I will inspect it and contact you about any concerns I may have before beginning work on your knife.
